Dirty Laundry Campaign
Whats up peeps? I am sorry that I have been so MIA... I have been too busy being fresh on the cam to update... lol JOKES! lol I kid, I kid... In reality, I have been busy working on a project for one of my clients and close friends... the actor, writer, tv producer, and director, Maurice Jamal.
For those of you who are not familiar with Maurice, affectionately known as MoJam, Maurice was a producer on the Dave Chappelle Show (so you already know his sense of humor is bananas, and that he is mad chill to hang out with...) He has also written, directed and acted in a movie called, 'Ski Trip.' which is currently in rotation on MTV's Logo Network.
His next film project is called, 'Dirty Laundry.' This project will feature some of black cinema's favorite stars such as Rockmond Dunbar (“Soul Food,” “Prison Break”) as PATRICK; Loretta Devine (Crash, Waiting to Exhale, Dreamgirls) as EVELYN, his hard-edged mother. Also starring are Sommore (“The Queens of Comedy”), Terri J. Vaughn (“All of Us,” “The Steve Harvey Show) and the amazing Sheryl Lee Ralph (“Moesha,” Sister Act 2, The Flintstones, Dreamgirls).
But as some of you in the entertainment industry know, its not always easy to get a black movie made. Past success doesn't necessarily gaurantee you funding for your next project. So Maurice isn't waiting on the estabilshment. He has joined forces with author Keith Boykin and executive producer Nathan Hale Williams to raise the funds needed to begin production.
So PLEASE support these brothers as they strive to tell stories that aren't being told by traditional Hollywood. Go to the site (that I designed for the campaign) and contribute. Every little bit counts. And just imagine, when its in the theaters or on television, you can enjoy the satisfaction that YOU helped make that happen.
Go check out the site. See my web design skills, and let me know what you think... and contribute a few bucks while your there.

Man that site is crazay!!!!!! I love your work dahling!!! you are soooo damn talented!!!! I may even donate some dough...I like the idea of my name in the credits LOL...Now I wanna know who's on the other side of the door....

Absolutely unwarranted, I expected a half-assed site. From experience, whenever someone says "go see the site I made!" you're left feeling saddened that you really can't say much nice about it. If anything, I definitely expected it to try things that would piss off my Firefox.
The site kicks ass like 'The Bride.' Great job - speaking of, I start a new one in a couple weeks, donation forthcoming.

Sweet job on that site, Prod. The project looks interesting, and besides, I love me some Rockmond.

You did your thing on that site! When I become rich and famous you gotta design me something. For a price of course. I remember the post you did about people who want "the hook up." LOL.
